Overview
Sourced exclusively from our oldest Home Block vineyard, this Pinot Gris exhibits the concentration and complexity associated with well-established vines. Baked spiced pears and subtle white floral aromatics on the nose, combine with a palate that is weighty and textural with notes of candied lime and stone fruit. Off-dry, the palate is perfectly balanced with natural residual sweetness and fine mineral acidity.

Serving and cellaring your wine
Serving
Cellaring
As an aromatic white, we recommend chilling your Pinot Gris in your refrigerator for a few hours beforehand until it reaches around 70 C or 450F. If it is too chilled it runs the risk of losing some of the fruit flavours and aromas.
To keep your wine at its best, store it in a cool, dark place to protect it from damage by sunlight. Don’t wait too long to drink it – it is best consumed within one to four years of purchasing.
