Does it cost anything to join The River Club
Not at all! In fact, you earn 500 points just for signing up. The River Club is free to join and there is no minimum purchase or wine subscription requirement. Simply sign-up to start earning points on online purchases.
How do I join The River Club?
Complete and submit the form above. If you have purchased wine with us before, make sure you use the same email address you have used in the past. If you have an existing customer account, your previous (logged-in) purchases will count towards your River Club tier status. If you have always checked out as a guest (not logged in), we unfortunately will not be able to match prior purchases.
How can I check if I’m already a member?
Go to LOGIN and try entering your email address and password. If you’re not sure if you have signed up to The River Club or can’t remember your password, click the FORGOT PASSWORD link. If you are a member already, you will be emailed a link to re-set your password. If you don’t receive an email it means you are not yet a member and you are free to join. Use the same email address you have entered when purchasing wine from us online in the past.
Will my past orders count towards my Tier status and points?
That depends. If you have purchased wine with us before, make sure that when joining The River Club, you use the same email address you have used when purchasing wine from us online. If you have an existing customer account and you were logged in at point of purchase, we can apply those previous logged-in purchases to your River Club Tier status and points. If you have always checked out as a guest (not logged in), we unfortunately cannot match prior purchases. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this and we will try to help.
How can I earn points?
You earn points (based on your tier status) for every $1 you spend online.
Do I earn points just for signing up?
Yes, when you join The River Club, we will automatically credit your account with 500 points.
How do I check how many points I have?
When you log into your account, your points will be displayed. Available points are also displayed on the checkout page
Do my points expire?
No, they don’t!
Is there a minimum annual spend to retain my Tier status?
No. Tier status is based on your lifetime points earned. Even if you redeem all your points for rewards, you will still retain your Tier status.
How do I redeem points for rewards?
There is no need to redeem points. Your points are alway available to use at checkout.
