Deeply coloured with an earthy bouquet and strong plum and black pepper flavours woven with a fresh acidity. Bottled unfined and unfiltered to retain subtle complexities, some natural sedimentation may occur.

Black currant and baked raspberry, some fresh black pepper, clove and toasty wood scents, ripe fruity, earthy and enticing. Youthful and tense on the palate with an abundance of tannins, plenty of acidity and a core of fruit. Wood flavours and pepper spice remain through the palate. Well made, youthful and needs some time.

Sweetly fruited and immediately appealing with Black Doris plum, blackberry, spicy oak and subtle cocoa notes on the nose. It's splendidly expressed on the palate displaying succulent fruit intensity and silky mouthfeel, finishing wonderfully long and plush. At its best: now to 2027.
