Tane Malcolm

Tane Malcolm has returned to New Zealand from working in many Sydney’s well known restaurants training under a glowing list of well respected chefs to run the kitchen at Wairau River.  When not concocting fabulous new dishes Tane enjoys diving the depths of our beautiful Marlborough Sounds harvesting our tasty kai moana.
