Lindsay Parkinson

Lindsay Parkinson [Parky] is general manager and a bona fide member of the family, since he is married to Phil and Chris’ daughter Pip (who runs the restaurant). Lindsay is a computer whizz and brings vast experience in financial and IT spheres to his role. He is the main contact for financial and production matters and also rather good on the coffee machine.
